The Real Estate Department of Andersen is made up of professionals from different disciplines and provides integral services in relation to analysis, legal and tax planning and advice on all legal structures of real estate investment.
We have wide experience of questions relating to real estate and building law and of all aspects of real estate promotion, negotiation and acquisition of land and properties, drafting of contracts with architects, engineers and other professionals involved in the construction process, works contracts and marketing of promotions, etc.
