The money from the European Recovery Fund will be an important source of business for large law firms in the coming years. Both the Administration (in charge of designing and supervising the channels for the delivery of grants) and the private sector (which must present and execute its proposals) will require many hours of highly accurate legal advice to overcome the demanding scrutiny of Brussels.
