Andersen has advised Cerro de los Gamos on the sale of the Cristalia 9 building to Vyosa, a well-known company in the real estate sector.
The building, formerly the headquarters of Iberdrola Renovables and later Haya Real Estate, has more than 5,000 square metres of floor space and is located in a business park next to Ifema.
