Andersen advises Brooklyn Fitboxing on a €10 million financing round to boost its international expansion

The financing round was led by the investor group Civis and the company's objective is to continue growing in the eight countries where it has a presence and to enter the German, French and Mexican markets

Andersen has advised Brooklyn Fitboxing, a boxing sports centre company, in the €10 million financing round, which was led by the investor group Civis and that will help company to boost its international expansion.

The company currently has a network of 152 clubs in eight countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Belgium and Ireland. The company's five-year objective is to increase its presence in the countries where it already operates and to enter new markets such as Germany, France and Mexico.

Andersen's Corporate and M&A partner Jaime Aguilar was responsible for advising on the transaction, working alongside Mayo Torres, an associate in the Corporate and M&A area.
